PLACING THE ORDER

Placing an order via our website is not a legally binding agreement. Hathor, therefore, has the opportunity to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failure, and similar situations. Binding order confirmation/invoice will only be sent to you when we have shipped the goods you have ordered. When you place an order through our website, our system will automatically send you an e-mail stating which items you have ordered. This is an electronic receipt only for the receipt of your order. Please note that the automatic reply (via e-mail) is not a legally binding order confirmation whereby an agreement has been made. The agreement is only binding once you have received an email from Hathor or the Shipping company informing you that we have shipped the item.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

EN: By purchasing a monthly subscription, you accept an initial and recurring monthly subscription at the current monthly subscription rate for a minimum of 2 months before you can cancel your membership, and you assume responsibility for all recurring fees until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time after a minimum of 2 months' membership.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY MEASURES:

When you subscribe, HATHOR automatically processes your monthly subscription fee in the next billing cycle. HATHOR automatically continues to process your monthly subscription fee each month at the current monthly subscription rate until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription online or by sending us an email (info@hathorproducts.dk) with your name and email.

AUTOMATISKE MÅNEDSFORANSTALTNINGER:

Når du abonnerer, behandler HATHOR automatisk dit månedlige abonnementsgebyr i den næste faktureringscyklus. HATHOR fortsætter automatisk med at behandle dit månedlige abonnementsgebyr hver måned til den aktuelle månedlige abonnementsrate, indtil du annullerer dit abonnement. Du kan annullere dit abonnement online eller ved at sende os en e-mail (info@hathorproducts.dk) med dit navn og e-mail.

Du kan kun tegne et Hathor abonnement, hvis du er mindst 18 år. Du skal også være opmærksom på, at priserne gælder kun for Danmark.

Når du har bestilt et Hathor box abonnement via Websitet, vil vi bekræfte modtagelsen ved at sende en besked til den e-mail adresse, du indtastede.
Aftalen mellem dig og Hathor er først indgået, når vi i en ny e-mail til dig bekræfter, at produkterne er blevet eller vil blive sendt til dig.

Abonnement aftalen medfører, at du én gang hver anden kalendermåned, får leveret produkter til den postboks, du har angivet.

OBS: Når du tilmelder dig Hathor box opkræves du for den første boks med det samme.

VIGTIG
Når du køber et abonnement, tilmelder du dig månedlige betalinger til de angivne onlinepriser, og vi leverer produkterne hver anden måned.

COMPLAINTS

There is a 24 months warranty on products when products are not opened. However, there is a 6 months warranty on our products from the time you open and start using the product. If you have any complaints about the products received from hathorproducts.dk please contact us via email at info@hathorproducts.dk. You will be asked to return the product(s) in question and we will send a new/new product(s) if the product show signs that can't be used anymore.
