Shipping Policy

Delivery time usually takes 2-4 working days. Products are shipped to the address stated in your order or to the nearest collecting point. We ship our products via Post Nord Denmark, DAO or GLS.

Pakkeshop shipping fee is 48 DKK.

Return & Exchange Policy

In case you need to return a purchase made at www.hathorproducts.dk, you have 7 days cancellation right and from the cancellation date you can return the item(s) within the next 5 days. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as it arrived. All goods must be returned properly wrapped. The cost of a return is supported by the customer.

The product can advantageously be returned in person at Birk CenterPark 40, 7400 Herning giving it the fastest processing time.

A refund will be done only after we check if the product is in the same state/condition as when it was delivered, where the package and the product are intact and the seal is not broken.

However, a  full refund does not apply in the following cases:

• If you purchased multiple items in one order and only regrouped/returned part of your purchase, we will not refund the products you already use
